We guarantee our products 100%. If, for any reason, the purchaser wishes to return the product within 30 days from the purchase date and it is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging including the certificate of purchase, the full price will be refunded THROUGH the dealer, less a $20 re-stocking fee.
To qualify as a SEARAILS dealer, the application must include the applicant's business license number, street address, and a Federal Tax ID number. A minimum of US$100.00 per order is required.
Any SEARAILS product that has remained in the dealer's stock for more than 90 days from the shipping date, may be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging including the invoice. The Dealer Discount Price will be fully refunded less a 10% re-stocking fee.
Dealer discounts depend on the total vallue of the order. All purchase prices are in US$s. $100 - $250 = 10% disccount $250+ = 15% discount $1,000+ = 30% discount $2,500+ = 35% discount

Dealers receive advance notice of all new products. New Product Dealer Announcements include market data research questions, Which should be asked to your customer base. You will also be asked for Pre-Orders which are not firm commitments, simply an indication of what you might purchase for inventory in response to your customer's interest. Pre-orders may be adjusted to zero, if you wish, at the time of the product's announcement.

Complete train sets are sold ONLY through dealers. SEARAILS does NOT sell complete train sets direct to the end-user. Train Set Dealers may specify the composition of train sets available only through their store.
SPECIAL ORDERS Special Order discounts are available to Train Set Dealers. Special Orders are specified to a Train Set Dealer's customer specification.
