COSTS: Typical costs are 10 cents per square foot at ground floor, 5 cents per square foot for multiple floors. Quotes are estimated with submission of drawings.
STYLES: Specified Detail models present accurate reproductions of structure, fenestration, and function; used for display, study, charrette, and funding presentations.
METHODS: 3D CAD files CREATED from plan, site, and elevations, or CONVERTED from .dxf/.dwg files Creation of 3D models using CAD driven laser CNC machining.
DELIVERY: One month for conversion of .dxf/.dwg files, Three months for creation of 3D CAD files from 2D files, Two months for creation CNC masters and final assembly and painting determined by size and level of detail.
SPECIAL EFFECTS: Illumination, animation, human figures, landscaping, portability and modularity.
