Above is a 3D print of SEARAILS new multi-scale/gauge “B” Class SHAY. SEARAILS will produce three finished SHAY designs in Z & N scales, and 6.5mm and 9mm to the clients' specifications. All will use the PowerMAX!.
SEARAILS has provided a catalog of multi-scale CAD components to allow the client to define a unique design of the client's own specifications.
The basic selections will be;
1. 6.5mm gauge/Z scale (1/220),
2. 6.5mm gauge/N scale (Nn3),
3. 9mm gauge/standard N scale (1/160).
PERSONALIZED Design
The client will direct SEARAILS to custom cast the SHAY to produce aUNIQUEscale/gauge model designed by the CLIENT.

The current status includes;
1. Adding selections by the purchasers for custom painting (Black is the standard), custom decals for road name and engine number,
2. Addional selections for Dome profiles, Cab Interior details, Standard MTL Link $ Pin Couplers,
3. Options for lighting (single, double, bi-directional),
There will be NO DCC for the SHAY. There is available space for mini-circuits in both the Tender and the Cab & Boiler, but installation of any electronics will not be available from SEARAILS.
This will NOT be a kit.
The modeler will select the options wanted from the published CAD parts catalog, then SEARAILS will send a JPEG of the specific final CAD design requested for purchase approval.
Clients will create their own unique design. There are very few of the 2,742 SHAYs that were exact duplicates. In fact most actual buyers specified their own designs according to their potential uses and environments.

The SHAY components catalog will be released on or before October 1st. Available purchase opportunity of your FINISHED specification will be on or before Nov 21st 2019.
SINCE EACH SHAY WILL BE A SPECIAL ORDER, WE BELIEVE THAT DELIVERY FROM TIME OF ORDER WILL BE WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS.
